Our technicians drive out from our Surrey office to homes across Langley City and the Township of Langley every week. We repair the appliance where it stands, in your kitchen or laundry room, so you are not left hauling a washer or fridge anywhere.

Since 2023 our team has booked 253 appliance service calls at Langley and Aldergrove addresses. Refrigerators were the most common job (about 90 calls), followed by washers and laundry (about 50), ranges, stoves and ovens (about 37), dishwashers (29) and dryers (28). A fridge that runs warm, frosts over or clicks without cooling usually points to a defrost fault, a failing fan or a sealed system problem. We test it on site to find which one. Once we have thoroughly diagnosed your appliance, we quote the parts and labour for the repair, and the $100 diagnostic is credited towards the labour.
Blocked pumps, worn lid or door locks and failed drive parts are the usual causes. Most of these are fixed in one visit.
On electric dryers it is often a heating element or thermal fuse; on gas dryers an igniter or gas valve coil. Our Gas-C ticketed technicians handle both.
Bake elements, igniters, sensors and control boards all cause uneven heat. We check each one rather than guessing.
Our diagnostic is $100, and it is credited towards your repair labour. Once we have thoroughly diagnosed your appliance, we quote the parts and labour for the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, you only pay the $100 diagnostic. Specialty repairs, such as sealed systems, washing machine transmissions, built in appliances, double wall ovens and some commercial units that need two or more technicians, are quoted separately after the diagnostic. We are an authorized warranty service provider for Frigidaire, Electrolux, Blomberg, Fulgor Milano, Bosch, Thermador, Gaggenau, Fhiaba, Falmec, Gorenje, Scotsman, Danby, Silhouette, Sharp, Midea and Cavavin.
