Covers the service trip and the time spent diagnosing your appliance, whether it's 15 minutes or 2 hours.
Credited towards your repair labour.

Inner section of dryer duct professionally cleaned.
Outer duct section & exit port / external catch or grate cleaning (if accessible).
Cleaning inside of dryer blower housing & assembly (if needed) for maximum result.

Once we have thoroughly diagnosed your appliance, we quote the parts and labour for the repair.

$50 Unstacking Fee

Please make your appliance accessible for the technician before your appointment. If we need to unstack or move heavy appliances (stacked dryer, double wall oven, etc.), we may charge an unstacking fee.

How Our Pricing Works

Our diagnostic is $100, and it is credited towards your repair labour. It covers the service trip and the time it takes to find the fault. Once we have thoroughly diagnosed your appliance, we quote the parts and labour for the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, you only pay the $100 diagnostic.

Specialty repairs

Sealed systems, washing machine transmissions, built in appliances, double wall ovens and some commercial units that need two or more technicians to deinstall the appliance or make it accessible are quoted separately after the diagnostic. Labour on these jobs may cost more depending on the appliance, its installation and the repair.

Repairs carry a 3 month guarantee on parts and labour, with extended guarantee options available.
