Red Seal technicians repairing appliances at your White Rock home. Call 778-488-8751 to book.
White Rock is a short drive from our office on King George Blvd, so our technicians are in town most days. We come to your home, diagnose the appliance on-site and repair it there whenever the part is on the truck.
Our Red Seal technicians hold Gas-C tickets and CFC certificates, and we are accredited with BC ITA and Technical Safety BC. We repair fridges, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, microwaves and range hoods, gas and electric.
Call 778-488-8751 to book. We are open 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week.
Since 2023 our team has booked 325 appliance service calls in and around White Rock. Refrigerators led (about 94 calls), then washers and laundry (about 69), ranges, stoves and ovens (about 59), dishwashers (40), dryers (23) and range hoods (15). About half were manufacturer warranty repairs, and we see a fair number of premium kitchens here, including Bosch, Miele, Fisher and Paykel and Sub-Zero appliances.
Standing water usually means a blocked filter, drain pump or check valve. We clear or replace the part and run a full cycle before we leave.
Dirty condenser coils, failing fans and defrost faults are the common causes. We also service built-in and wine units, including Cavavin.
Door boot tears, pump faults and worn bearings are the usual suspects on front loaders. We tell you if the repair is worth it before ordering parts.
Weak igniters and faulty valves are common. Our Gas-C ticketed technicians test and replace gas components safely.
Our diagnostic is $100, and it is credited towards your repair labour. Once we have thoroughly diagnosed your appliance, we quote the parts and labour for the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, you only pay the $100 diagnostic. Specialty repairs, such as sealed systems, washing machine transmissions, built in appliances, double wall ovens and some commercial units that need two or more technicians, are quoted separately after the diagnostic. Repairs carry a 3 month guarantee on parts and labour, with extended guarantee options available. Full details are on our rates page.
